职位要求
This individual will actively work with the end-users in analyzing database & networking related problems and will provide a solution by working along with the SmartPlant software development teams.
He/She will also be responsible for developing & maintaining proper diagnostic tools/scripts that will help better understand database & application configuration related problems
Job Description
· Almost independently, troubleshoot application configuration, installation and database related problems in SmartPlant suite of products.
· Design and develop diagnostic tools/scripts
· As part of a cross-functional product development group, actively participate in designing and developing application database & configuration software modules
· Evolve & constantly refine a set of best-practices to for application installations, database configuration & performance
Work Experience
· 8+ years of experience in application infrastructure and database administration including clustering/failover ( Oracle & SQL Server )
· Experience in maintaining IT infrastructure including client/server and network administration ( TCPIP, Firewall, Proxy management )
· Experience in virtualization using ESX or Citrix.
· Experience in developing scripts/tools using IIS,VB.NET
· Work experience in a multi-national company and experience in working with offshore teams, especially from English speaking countries.
Skills
· Knowledge of Document Management applications and/or Intergraph’s products is preferable
· Excellent written & spoken English skills
· Excellent team orientation
· Self motivated
Qualification
· A bachelor’s degree in any Computer Science or any Engineering discipline.
· Certified DBA is preferable
