Principal Software Engineer
- Design and develop software component in the file system area for EMC Celerra（NS系列IP存储系统的一种） Software. – Collaborate well with other engineers and other engineering groups, voluntarily shares information
- – Write functional specification and design specification as well as responding to requirement documents and system test plans. Implement and test the developed software to meet the requirement of the specifications.
- – Responsible for managing external and internal software defects within the desired time limits.
- – Significant contributor to organizational goals and objectives.
- Lead a software development project.

- Ability to work in a team environment
– Communication and presentation skill. Oral and written English skills
– Mentoring/Coaching skills
- – Understanding of business environment
- Operating System knowledge and Multi-thread programming
- – C/C++ languages
- Must have UNIX/Linux/Windows programming experience
- – File system experience a plus
- NAS （NAS是NetworkAttachedStorage的简称，中文称为网络附加存储）and Storage experience a plus
Education/Experience Requirement:
Master in CS, CSE, or EE, 6+ years experience is required
- or BS in CS, CSE, 8+ years experience is required
